Many devote substantial portions of time and knowledge in assisting local civic, religious, and non-profit groups.
Lane, Alton & Horst staff members are also active in the community. In 2007, for example, the eleven member of the firm's "LEAD" program which recognizes staff members with ten or more years of service elected to work on a service project. The LEAD team used money normally spent on a recognition breakfast, together with other monetary donations from Lane, Alton, & Horst attorneys and staff, and collected donations of school supplies to make a contribution to the United Methodist Free Store.
