On March 11th, 2008, the Law firm of Lane, Alton and Horst, in conjunction with the Human Resource Association of Central Ohio, is sponsoring a Seminar on Harrassment and Retaliation in the workplace. The seminar, presented by Lane Alton Attorneys, will outline the problems Harrassment and Retaliation claims have caused and what employers can do to minimize them. Areas covered will include Title VII, Pregnancy, Age, FMLA, Disability and Workers' Compensation retaliation. |
